Once we have discussed and confirmed a suitable date and time for your session, you will also be required to select one of my package options to move forward with securing your booking.
You will then receive a personalised booking link to officially lock in your session. This link will include your contract, a short questionnaire, and an invoice outlining the $120 non-refundable booking fee along with the remaining balance for your selected package.
The booking fee is required within 48 hours of receiving your booking link to secure your date. If the booking fee is not paid within this timeframe, your selected date may be released and offered to another client.
The remaining balance is due the week of your session. This ensures everything is finalised prior to your shoot, allowing us to focus purely on creating beautiful moments together.
Your session is only considered confirmed once the booking fee has been paid.
Non-refundable booking fee
To secure your session date, a $120 booking fee is required.
This fee is non-refundable because it:
• Secures your chosen date in my calendar
• Covers planning, communication & styling guidance
• Covers administrative time and preparation
• Ensures I am reserving that time exclusively for your family
When you book, I turn away other inquiries for that date. The booking fee protects my time and small business, while also ensuring committed bookings.
Your booking fee comes off your chosen package total, it is not an additional cost.
If you ever need to reschedule, I’m always understanding where possible, and your booking fee can be transferred with appropriate notice.

Short video clips can be added to any photography package to beautifully capture movement, emotion, and connection from your session.
This add-on must be selected and paid for prior to your session and will be added to your total package price.
Your video will be delivered alongside your sneak peek gallery within 48 hours of your session.
Upgrading options
• Extra image: $15 each
• Upgrade 10 → 30 images package $250
• Upgrade to full gallery: Remaining balance will depend on original package chosen.
